Quake done 100% Quickest completes Quake in 48:00, which is an improvement of 11:31 over Quake done 100% Quicker.
A preview to this run was released in 2005: Quake done 100% Quick with a Vengeance - Episode 1 (still available here). After this release, we changed the run name, improved a lot of demos, and actually ran all the other episodes as well. Don't you dare asking why it took us 6 years to do this...
The run is available in various formats: a demo package which you play directly inside Quake, streaming video on Youtube, or AVI downloads on various mirrors.
Once you've downloaded, installation and running is straightforward: You should make a subdirectory of your main Quake directory called, e.g. qd100qst. This is where you should unzip all the contents of your download to.
When you have done this, you can start Qd100Qst by running Quake with the -game qd100qst command line option.
If you need more precise instructions, you should refer to the text file.
