Quake done 100% Quick with a Vengeance (Episode 1)

This is a run that completes the first episode of Quake on Nightmare difficulty, getting all kills and all secrets, as fast as we could manage. The predecessor run, Quake done 100% Quicker, is still available on this page. Eventually we will get around to finish the other episodes as well as to improve upon episode 1. This initial release is just a gesture to let you know we're still alive and kicking :-)

Demo packages

The demo packages are available as a standard Zip file, and as a Dzip file. Dzip is a compression utility which compresses Quake demos better than Zip does.

Once you've made your choice and downloaded, installation and running is straightforward: You should make a subdirectory of your main Quake directory called, e.g. qd100qwav-ep1. This is where you should unzip all the contents of your download to.

When you have done this, you can start Qd100Qwav-ep1 by running Quake with the -game qd100qwav-ep1 command line option. If you need more precise instructions, you should refer to the text file.
