Scourge done Slickest lite

This run finishes Quake Mission Pack 1: Scourge of Armagon (hipnotic) on
easy difficulty in 6:43, improving upon the 1998 run 'Scourge done Slick
lite' by Ilkka Kurkela, Peter Horvath and Justin Fleck which finishes
hipnotic in 8:20. 

I have been working on this project sporadically for about two years,
starting early 2016. The run was finished in April 2018 and officially
released on August 13th, 2018.
