Nothing whatsoever to do with speed-running but for some reason I thought you lot would know the answer.

What do you call a young person who *ahem* enjoys physical congress with the elderly?

Don't ask why I need to know, I just do. :-)

(BTW. Answers of Shambler, Optic or Rolle, while very amusing, are not particularly helpful).

the word to describe the old bastard is "cradle snatcher" if i think "congress" means what i think ..
what does it mean to you?

the word to describe the young person is either: prostitute, ugly, desperate, ugly, lonely, ugly, someone without standards, ugly, pornstar, ugly, naive or just plain ugly

the name is carl's mom!!!!!!!!!!
ShamblerPosted - 23 November 2001 13:43 PST
That's a damn good question Morfans. The answer is of course Optic. But anyway...

It's gotta be something-philiac (philiac roughly = lover, right??). What latin-derived term refers to the elderly?? Ummm...

Just thought I'd let you know I never did find out for sure. :-(

A friend of mine that knows far more than he should assures me that gerontophile is entomogically correct but he's unsure if it's the real word.

And Tim, I think you got slightly the wrong end of the stick. I was talking about (for example) a man of 28 (called, for example,
Simon) who want's to park his pork truncheon in a woman of 101 (called, for example, HRH The Queen Mother).

My mom, who knows too much more words than an average person (it's true that crap that if you read a million books your vocabulary gets huge) also told me it was that word. She told me in spanish of course, but it's translated pretty much the same, so I think that is it, but she also said she wasn't completely sure.. This was a few days ago but I didn't want to post it.. :)

We live, as we dream - alone.

i'm glad i don't know what that end of the stick is like :)
willPosted - 29 November 2001 15:20 PST
gerontophile is correct.
willPosted - 29 November 2001 15:22 PST
gerontophile is correct in this circumstance, though gerontophilia is more broad than simply young guy loves old bird. http://www.odd-sex.com/info/gloss321.htm

Oh Shambler, I would scared if philiac meant lover, that would make all haemophiliacs vampires =)

Thanks, Will.

What an incredibly useful site. It's been an education...
