Probably one of e1m5, e3m4 or e4m3. Don't really have strong feelings about it.

Don't play many -- unless Rogue counts :-)

Most annoying monster/map?

Ogres in easy skill, spawns in nightmare. Anything that's unpredictable and gets in the way a lot. r1m7 is fairly evil.

Do you like Doom/Quake2/Q3A?

Never played any of them much, to be honest.

What do you think of Quake now?

It still rocks, at least partly because of the physics bugs :)
